Standard home delivery (tracked package, delivered without signature):
- Metropolitan France: 7-14 days
- Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Monaco: 7-14 days
- Worldwide: 14 days
We use the delivery services of our various suppliers, and shipments may come from different continents, including Europe, North America, and Asia.
These times are given as an indication, and we cannot guarantee them 100%. We strive to meet them as much as possible. If you have not received your order after 30 business days, please contact us at hello@night-bud.com.
Please note that orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed on the next business day. If we are unable to ship your goods during this period, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Once your order is shipped, we can no longer modify it (product, size, color, address).
The buyer will receive their delivery at home from their postal worker. If the buyer is absent, they will receive a notice of passage from their postal worker, allowing them to pick up the ordered products at the nearest post office within a time frame indicated by the postal services. The risks associated with transportation are borne by the purchaser from the moment the items leave the supplier’s premises. The buyer is obliged to check, in the presence of the postal employee or the delivery person, the condition of the packaging of the goods and its contents upon delivery. In case of damage during transport, any complaints must be made directly to the carrier.
