Returns and refunds

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase, as described below.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange or refund once this period has passed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Items that cannot be returned: Gift cards

To initiate a return, you must first send us an email at hello@night-bud.com and include a receipt or proof of purchase. We will respond as soon as possible to inform you if your return is approved and provide instructions for sending the item back. You will then have 14 days to return the item(s) in question.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days of receiving your returned item. If you are returning your entire order, any shipping costs you paid at the time of purchase will also be refunded. In the case of a partial return, shipping costs will not be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@night-bud.com.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.
If after completing all these steps, you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@night-bud.com.

Shipping:
Once your return request is accepted by our team, a flat fee of $10 will be charged for the processing and shipping of your return. You will then receive a Mondial Relay label by email to place on your package. You will need to drop off the package at the Mondial Relay location of your choice. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Under Article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen days from the delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
